Flat Maddie Arrives!

We are skipping ahead a bit. We had a fun trip to the Springfield Museums on Saturday but have not downloaded the pictures and videos yet. We went there last year during our vacation in August and had a great time! We will probably go back again soon because we missed a couple of things Brian and Maddie wanted to see....motorcycles and puppets, what a combination!

Today we got an e-mail from Ann-Marie and her family in Rome, NY. They were the first recipients of Flat Maddie and it sounds like they had fun taking her picture here and there. Maddie was thrilled with the pictures then was even more excited. On close examination of one we discovered that our Cocoa Beary apparently has a brother living with Ann-Marie named Bow Bear! It was a great beginning to what we hope is a fun experience and a learning one too!

I just wanted to let you know that Flat Maddie is on her way to her next adventure!

Here are some pictures of her stay here. The weather did not cooperate so we were not able to take her to many places around here. We were afraid of her getting too wet ;)

Here are some pictures of her visiting our vegetable gardens in our yard, playing with our teddy bears (Bow Bear and Goldie), playing piano and camping out with the boys!

She was really cute and so is Maddie! We loved the letter and it was nice getting to know you better.
