Flip Flop Flippers and The Fair!!

On Friday Maddie had a fun trip to the library with Mamaw Louise to make a "flip flop flipper". We had no idea what this would be but it sounded like a lot of fun. Maddie came home very proud of her creation which is Maddie's Amusement Park. They had a lot of fun making it then a good time walking in the park.




On Saturday we got going early to the Altamont Fairgrounds to drop off Maddie's Sprouts to Sauce project. It was a lot of fun growing the plants. We had a very silly time Friday night making the poster. Maddie's favorite part of the poster is a squirrel sticker we added to the pictures of the original sprouts the squirrels snacked on. She did a great job, earned a participation ribbon (I think a premium check) and we are very proud of her!
