Afternoon with Poppa

Poppa Bill called Friday morning to see if Maddie could go on a snowshoe hike at Sander's Plot that afternoon. Maddie couldn't wait to go so she hurried up some of her schoolwork to make sure she had time. Normally Friday is not a school day for us but, knowing we had 4H on saturday morning, we tried to get ahead of the game a bit! As you can see below they had a lot of fun. Maddie was, I think, falling down on purpose not by accident! She loves to roll in the snow. The snowman was there when they arrived and was given Poppa's hat to warm up for a few minutes. Enjoy!!
